Gateway Brewing Co. is ready to give our city a taste of their home-grown India pale ale, session ale, and German-style wheat beer, which will, somewhat appropriately, be available from Christmas, at Woodside Inn in Colaba, Woodside in Andheri, Bonobo in Bandra, and Jam Jar Diner in Versova.

When that happens – they’re still waiting on the requisite excise clearances – the city-based company will become the first microbrewery in Mumbai licenced to supply beer (that will be served on tap) to bars and restaurants here. Read more…
