Another one in our Monk’s Potion series. This is the GOLD variant modelled after the Belgian blonde ale. This brew has hints of fruit & spice on the nose. It is subtle in many aspects, but a tinge of alcohol comes through given its high alcohol content – just what a Belgian style ale should have. Brewed with in-house candy sugar.
