Kveik Red Ale
This is probably the 1st Kveik brew in India that’s been made with an ancient yeast that originated in the farmstead of Sigmund Gjernes from Voss, Norway. Kveik, which literally means yeast in Norwegian, lends a subtle bouquet of orange & citrus to this red ale that is malty yet balanced with flavours from the choicest hops.
