What came first? Beer or bread?

It depends on who you ask but we firmly believe that Man got civilised and started cultivation of wheat and barley to make beer! The debate continues but ask yourself one question, “Who would want bread if there was beer around?”, and you will have your answer!

So, keeping this highly debatable issue in mind, we have made a B’day Cake for Gateway Taprooms‘s 1st Anniversary but this is no ordinary cake! It is a cake in its most pristine liquid form: beer!

One sip and you will know that all aspects of a B’day Cake are here. It has notes of coffee, toffee, cinnamon along with a sweetness enhanced by generous additions of real vanilla and milk sugar. And for the creaminess that is the hallmark of a decadent cake, we serve it on nitro that gives it a silky smoothness that you will want yet another bite! Just like a decadent cake!

Real grains like malted barley, oats, roasted barley, vanilla, cinnamon & milk sugar makes this one of our most ingenious creations! Yet!
