American Pale Ale
If you went to England, traditional pale ales would have a lovely malt backbone with a bitter-sweet & slightly herbal / earthy finish. But if you went to the US, all aspects of the English style pale ales would be present in the beer but you would also get a big whack of American hops.
This is what you can expect from our latest release too! An ale, rich in caramel & toffee notes with a firm bitterness further made aromatic with American Mosaic & English Fuggles hops.
