Yet another collaboration with Woodside Inn for their Beer & Burger festival themed around Rome and all things Roman.
Copper in color, this medium bodied beer is bursting with citrus, grapefruit and spicy aroma derived from a technically challenging double dry-hopping technique. The beer is well balanced with light upfront sweetness and hop flavors that linger and give a satisfying finish.
