A collaboration between Independence Brewing Co. & ourselves where we have taken the goodness of our Kaapi Stout and blended it with IBC’s chocolate stout, Ixcacao.
Kaapi
Brewed with our very own roasted black barley and single estate coffee from the south crushed and infused into the beer during the brewing process, this beer has a prominent coffee aroma & flavour that is balanced by sweetness from barley malt.
Ixcacao
Stout brewed with real cocoa nibs and bourbon vanilla, this beer has intense bittersweet chocolate and vanilla notes with some roast in the background.
Served on Nitro, this blend keeps both Coffee & Chocolate at the forefront of aroma and flavour and is available at IBC’s Pune outlet and Gateway Taproom.
